How many sessions should you book?

Client Information Sheet: Complete a form to provide relevant details about your physical and emotional well-being, helping me tailor the healing session to your needs.
Online Call: Connect to establish a connection, discuss healing intentions, and address any questions or concerns.
Reminders: Receive two messages, 15 minutes and 5 minutes before the session, prompting you to find a quiet space to receive Reiki.
Distance Reiki Session: At the agreed time, I will channel Reiki remotely, sending healing energy to you.
Short Report: Receive an email with an overview of the session, insights, and self-care suggestions to support your well-being.
After-Care: Seek additional support or share experiences with me to address any concerns throughout the healing process.
