What to Expect:
Part 1 — Distance Reiki Session We begin with a full Distance Reiki Healing session (see the Reiki page for the full process). You'll prepare your three written questions, we'll agree on a time, and I'll guide you through the session remotely. Afterwards, I prepare a detailed written document with everything that came through — your chakra insights, blockages, and any messages from the session.
Part 2 — Written Insights & Guidance Before our coaching call, you'll receive your personalised written report. This gives you time to sit with what came up in the Reiki session and arrive at the coaching call having already begun to process it.
Part 3 — Coaching Call We then meet on Zoom to go through your report together. This is where the real integration happens — we take what the energy work revealed and turn it into something you can act on. We explore what the insights mean for your daily life, work on the beliefs or patterns that came up, and build a practical plan for what comes next.
