Family Harmony Reiki
Family life holds a unique kind of energy — shaped by each person's individual journey and by the dynamics between everyone. When one person in a family is struggling, it is rarely felt by them alone. Family Harmony Reiki offers healing to the whole unit, gently working with each person's energy to bring more balance, ease and connection into your home.
This is a distance session, which means your family can receive it from the comfort of your own home, wherever in the world you are.
How it works
One family member requests the session on behalf of the family and provides the birth dates of everyone who may take part. Before I begin, I connect with the energy of each family member and ask their spirit guides for guidance and permission to channel Reiki healing to them. This step is important — healing is only ever offered where it is welcomed.
Each person's energy responds in its own way. Some family members will be open and receptive from the very first session; others may take more time, or may not be ready to receive right now. This is completely natural and is always respected. Children, in particular, tend to be beautifully open to healing energy.
During the session I work through each family member's chakra system, noting where there are blockages or imbalances, what they might be connected to, and where Reiki energy can move most freely. I then channel healing toward the areas that need it most, followed by a full energetic sweep to close.
After the session
I prepare a written document with insights for the whole family — what came through for each person, the energetic dynamics I observed between family members, and any guidance that emerged. We then arrange a Zoom call to go through everything together and discuss your next steps as a family.

A note on the session Every family is different, and every session unfolds in its own way. I always follow the energy with care and respect — if a family member is not ready to receive, I gently focus on those who are. Nothing is forced, and everything is held with kindness.
